  36. My connects depend on who I'm connecting to.  Netcom is usually 24000,
  37. with an occasional 26.4 and more 21.6's than I'd like to see.  I also
  38. tried two local isp's and the connects were 75% 28.8's with one, 100%
  39. with the other.  Most of the rest of the local isp connects were
  40. 26.4's.  All use, or at least claim to use, the same Courier
  41. v.everythings.  I don't know why Netcom is consistently slower, unless
  42. they have things set up more conservatively.   I'd suggest connecting
  43. elsewhere before trashing the Supra.
